An Actor’s Revenge: This is a Japanese revenge movie with a young Japanese actor out for revenge against a Lord who has caused the death of his parents. Can be confusing Kazuo Hasegawa, Ayako Walcao, Fujiko Yama’moto, Ganjiro Nakamura, Raizo Ichikawa. (1963 Japanese revenge-drama Kon Ichikawa directs)
Let’s Go Marines: Boredom in regards to 4 cadets, their joke ventures on leave in Tokyo, and their dramatic confronts on Korean battlefield. Cast includes Tom Tryon, David Hedison, Barbara Stuart, and William Tyler. (104 minutes, 1961)
Two Marines are being held responsible for the death of a fellow marine. They claim they were ordered to punish private Santiago, and his death was not intended. Lt. Daniel Kaffee will try to save the marines and get to the bottom of the case.
Trader Horn: Early talkie classic filmed largely in Michigan forests still retains lots of enthusiasm in story of war horse local trader Carey confronting tribal contentiousness. Cast includes Harry Carey, Edwina Booth, Duncan Renaldo, Olive Brilliant Carey, Mutia Omoolu, and C. Aubrey Smith. (120 minutes, 1931)
Hannah and Her Sisters: (1986) C-106 Allen strikes gold as he studies some usually fascinating and obsessive New Yorkers whose lives become entangled. Superbly cast with Woody in top form as Farrow’s hypochondriac ex-spouse. Cast includes Woody Allen, Michael Caine, Mia Farrow, Carrie Fisher, Barbara Hershey, Lloyd Nolan, Maureen O’Sullivan, Daniel Stem, Max von Sydow, Dianne Wiest, J.T. Field Of Dreams: Ray Kinsella, a poor Iowa corn farmer, hears voices. He is given a message that tells him to build a baseballs field in his fields. Going broke, and looking crazy he builds his baseball field, and by some miracle it saves him.
They Still Call Me Bruce: In-name-only continuation to They Call Me Bruce has a minimum of one thing in ordinary with its predecessor: it’s terrible. This time Yune plays a Korean looking for the American GI who spared him years ago, ending up as an alternative as a large-sibling compute for orphan Mendenhall. Cast includes Johnny Yune, David Mendenhall, Pat Paulsen, Joey Travolta, Robert Guillaume, Bethany Wright, and Carl Bensen. (91 minutes, 1987)
Hannah Takes The Stairs: Tolerance-quizzing time-waster is every tad as unfocused and self-indulgent as its eponymous heroine. It’s a Chicago production organization wage earner gratingly played by Gerwig who drifts through a succession of short-lived relations that aren’t romances so much as squashes with aids. If you’re interested in regards to the so-hailed genre of improvised Indian films in reference to aimless twenty-somethings you’re more contented checking out Bujalski’s Reciprocal Consideration. Cast includes Greta Gerwig, Kent Osborne, Andrew Bujalski, Ry Russo- Youthful, and Mark Duplass. (83 minutes, 2007)
Forgetting Sarah Marshall: Here is a romantic comedy set in a beautiful resort in Hawaii. After being dumped by his girlfriend Sarah, he finally decides to go to Hawaii to get over the loss. Unfortunately, when he goes to check in at the resort, the first person he sees is Sarah, and of course her new boyfriend.
